Both my wife and my Father-in-law have Diabetes.  They may joke about it, that's their choice.  I, however, find it in pretty bad taste for those who know nothing about living with the disease to joke about it.  We all can cross the line in pursuit of humor, but when you do, acknowledge that and move on.

He lives in Sheboygan, which is a small armpit of a town between Milwaukee and Green Bay. He doesn't get much exposure to the real world so he comes on here and spouts off in the hopes of getting unsuspecting posters to engage him. Pay him no attention and he goes away.
