I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and played my high school ball at Grant High School in Van Nuys. After playing my college ball at the University of Arizona, i entered the NBA in 2001 and was later traded to another team 2 years later. I am now recognized by The Sporting News as one of the top "Good Guys" in sports the past 2 seasons. The playoffs is where i do most of my damage, averaging over 29 PPG, 5.9 APG and 5.3 RPG, although i have never won a championship. I am also honored to represent the USA men's basketball team, however i was injured this year and did not participate.
arghh, I suck at these things, and I thought I had this one. Richard Jefferson was my first thought. Arizona, '01 draft, traded early in career, good guy, team USA, injuries in past.
I looked it up to confirm, and it's not him. I looked up who the actual mystery man is, and he signed as a free-agent.

You hit the series winner against a Baby-Bulls teams that has underachieved ever since and have suffered two knee surgeries (on the same knee) but still feel you are worthy of a max contract even through you have missed 70 games.
