Should we replace Michigan  in the BIg Ten with a more worthy opponent such as umm  lets say......Appalachian State?

**Please note that I am only asking because of strength of schedule implications.**

I  was following untill the west Virginia comment since app st. is in fact in North Carolina.  And even if it were in West Virginia that is pretty close to being a Big 10 area since it borders Ohio and Penn is further east that West Virginia.  Other than like the first 20 years when Ohio state was really just getting their football program started and was basickly a club team,  Michigans longest winning streak against Ohio St. is 5 and well the way things look right now Ohio St. has a very good chance to win this coming seasons game.  Go and look at the all time record since the 40's and see just how close the teams really are.    But all that said I would still not want to swap Michigan for the likes of an App St.  no tradition there.

Michigan's longest winning streak in the rivalry is nine games, from 1901-1909. Michigan also went without a loss in the first 15 games (13 wins and two ties). Ohio State's longest winning streak is four games, from 1934-1937, 1960-1963, and 2004-Present.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.  I can't even believe I am posting anything on this thread but feel the need to let the creator know just what  dumbass he is.

ThatsWhat I'm saying ofcourse it counts on the record because they were games but for most of the early gamesOhio St. was still trying to establish a real football team and atleast the first 5 or more games Ohio St. was actually aclub team where as Michigan had been a pretty solid team already.  Also a winning streak ends when you don't win and a tie is not a win.  I do see that you said without a loss though I'm just making a point.
