True to a point, Aramark ( I am assuming this is the contracted company for vending services) and the Yankees - as their employer - do have a liability issue if the guy was over-served. Simular to the occurrance at the Giants game a few years ago where a large settlement was given, I can't remember all of the details, but both the stadium and Aramark were found liable.
