Whoosh, you really don't think the Pistons will beat the Suns in a series? Even though we swept the season series with a 30 pt blowout and a win without our leading scorer?

So you think the regular season means anything.  That is funny too.  The first lost was a blowout; but do you really think you will see that team again.  The second game was a 5pt win at Detroit.  I'd say based upon this; the Suns are the team that has improved.  Wouldn't you.  LOL

No, you haven't upset me with Nash hate.  I like Nash but he isn't even a favorite player of mine.  But I do respect his talent and his game.  I think that comes with the territory of sports.

No, I didn't expect you to curse.  I expected you to make a good argument.  My 13 year old daughter could have done better.  LOL  She probably knows more about Nash than you do.  LOL

It would be nice to see a Piston/Sun matchup; although whether it happens remains to be seen and at this point, we are only guessing.  Some educated guesses, and then there are yours.  HAHA LOL  JJ - partially

JGraz042,

Your leading scorer which scores what, about 20ppg.  Please.  Detroit is a team game; they don't miss much losing Rip.  That is their strength.  They are defensive minded.

Yes, I think the Suns could beat the Pistons in a series.  Absolutely.

The Pistons are a defensive minded team and either play well or do not.  They are fairly inconsistent.  Billups isn't the player he used to be.  Rasheed plays when he feels like it.  Prince sometimes plays big; most times does not.  Rip is about the only consistent and it isn't like he is putting up triple doubles.  He can be replaced.  Detroit will not want it as badly as the Suns; that is a fact.  They have a coach that doesn't know how to win big games.  I'm not even sure the team believes in him.

The Suns are an offensive minded team and are playing very well right now.  They are peaking at the right time.  They have Shaq to help on defense and rebounding; the two things they have been lacking.  No players take days off.  They have a deep bench.  They have guys who would give their left nut to win.  They will put everything out on that court each game with no breaks or lazy plays.  They have what it takes.  Finally.  Let's see where it gets them.

Well there is nothing else to go on since the Suns can't even get to the Finals.

No, I didn't expect you to curse.  I expected you to make a good argument.  My 13 year old daughter could have done better.  LOL  She probably knows more about Nash than you do.Really? You think all the info in my arguement was just made up? You think I'm just guessing? I have watched Nash play quite a bit (obviously not as much as any Suns fan), and have looked up quite a bit of stuff on him. When you hate on someone, and want to prove your point, you don't just guess on this stuff. I have made a perfectly good arguement, but you just don't agree with it. You 13 year old may be able to make a better arguement than you though.

Yes, I think the Suns could beat the Pistons in a series.  Absolutely.
You and the some Suns fans are the only ones

Detroit will not want it as badly as the Suns; that is a fact.
Shaq may want it more, but you can't say the same for the rest of them. Some of the Pistons starters are getting older as well and want another title.

They have a deep bench.
Even Suns fans would laugh at that.

Again Big B you fail to present one objective argument showing facts as to how/who the Suns are overrated.  Also you fail to show statistically how nash is overrated, or adress the fact the argument you make ad nauseum about how he was a nothing before he got to the suns, is refuted by pointing out that Billups was even a bigger nothing before he got to Detroit.  You always conveniently pass good arguments by to spread more hate.  You are borderline Cassells bro.  Even if you look at past posts from Pistons fans on this tread some infer you are loony.  As my good friend Yoda said:  Fear leads to hate, hate leads to anger, anger leads to suffering...... dont give in, put down the hatin.

Again jcat, READ. If you can't do that then, I find someone who can read it to you. This is what happens when I argue with Suns fans/Nash lovers. I explain myself cleary, give good reasoning, and respond to everything, but you guys still fail to read everything I said.

I'm not repeating it, so go back and try to read if for  yourself. It is not me who fails to present an explaination, but it's you who fails to read.

As for Kobe; we've seen him do well in the shadow of a dominant big man.

Whoosh, if Kobe was in the shawdow of Shaq, then why you never heard of people back then saying "Shaq's team"? You always heard Kobe Shaq and the Lakers. Plus how could someone be in the shawdow, but considered one of the best in the league?

Then we see what he does without it; that is just crappy stuff.

Yea, he had Kwame Brown as the center, Smush Parker as the PG, no good Bynum, no bench help and an inconsistent Lamar Odom. Did I mention we didn't have Fisher, Gasol, or Trevor? At least he got that team to the playoffs in the western conference. Did you really expect him to beat the Suns in the playoffs with that team?

How can you not say we don't miss much losing Rip? You said it yourself that he is our most consistent player. How don't we miss a guy that is our leading scorer and shoots close to 50%? Also makes the other teams best defender work harder running him off screens and what not all night.

I'll agree with you they are inconsistent, on offense, which is an even bigger reason they need Rip. Defense wins championships but you need to atleast score some points. You say the Suns have a deep bench, even if that were true, the Pistons are undoubtedly deeper.

Flip is terrible and they haven't proven they can get over his ineptitude yet but if they make it to the Finals past the Celtics I'll go ahead and say they want it.

ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT theres only so much I can take.

NEW MAN LAW: If you are not a girl, age 8-30, then you are not allowed to put any smiley faces or other emotion icons in you posts. Typing "LOL" to show that you are laughing is still somewhat acceptable but still frowned upon.

Big B, you do this on almost every post and its high time for that to stop. Unless you actually fit into the criteria stated above then please refrain or you man rights will be immediately revoked...

Tosage, I could care less. I can post however I want and I can careless what you think about your "man-laws." I like putting those smiles on there, and I won't stop.

I don't know why you think I care what you say Tosage, but I don't so just shut up.

Again jcat, READ. If you can't do that then, I find someone who can read it to you.

1)I assure you I am more literate than you

2) Instead of saying you already addressed these issues would you humor me and respond logically to the following previous posts.  You are on here all day every day anyway, so I dont think it a burden:

Suns fans are so use to everything about them being so overrated they don't know what reality is.

Here are the current rankings of the Suns from multiple media outlets:

ESPN rankings:

Hollinger= 11

Stien= 5

Usa today/ Sag= 8

Cnnsi= 7

Cbs= 7

 average ranking= 8th

Current based on record= 7th

Also why do you diss Nash for being great only when he came to the suns, but tout Billups as a rightful MVP when clearly he was bench material before he got to Detroit (all that after being the #4 overall pick)

I dont see anybody rating them as championship material at this point, I havent seen suns fans clammoring about how we are going to win it all (we leave that stuff to detroit and boston fans).  I want you to point out where this "rating" matierial is that you feel the suns are so overrated.  I dont expect a response from you other than.... Steves defense sucks, or some conjured regurgitated bit you have stored on your PC.  For ONCE back up what you say with real, objective material.   I know it is impossible to do when the hate takes over. lol
