That is the under statement of the week.  Small market gets the bad end of the stick.

I don't think they would have made a big deal out of it at Saimi. I think they would have try to cover it up maybe, but not a big deal.

You're missing the point, stuff like that goes down a lot more often in Miami, that is the reason it makes headlines.

It happens to 50% of all UM recruits and players but what do you expect from a program founded on cheating!

If this happened at Miami isn't the point.
What was the kid doing out at a night club when he's what, 18, 19 at best?
Spring break or not, he's not of legal age.

Yea your right..but I don't see every other month or so Minnesota making the police blotter as a matter of fact when was the last time Minnesota was even mentioned..unlike Miami

The media and sportswriters are so desperate for material that they jump on COMPLETELY UNRELATED incidents that occur to Umiami players and fabricate stories. Like when the Sean Taylor came out many reporters said a lot of horrible things about it. Same thing with the Brian Pata thing. OFF- CAMPUS things. The Brian Pata shooting was at an apartment complex. The Sean Taylor one was ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Yea you are right, but the story is, Minnesota has one of the top 25 recruiting classes in the country with a 1-11 record, and part of the critisism was, how many recruites would actually stay out of trouble, be it academically or socially. I think we are starting to see the answer to this question.
