What do y'all think about Rendrick Taylor moving to RB now? The coaches initially tried him out at the LB spot but didn't think he had the natural feel for the position. So, it looks like he's going to be running the ball. I was a little skeptical about this at first, mainly due to the fact that we're loaded with RB's, but any way to get Taylor the ball is fine with me. It could also lessen the load of James Davis, which leads me to my next concern....
JD's shoulder injury is back (assuming its the same shoulder issue that has bothered him in the past). I'm worried that he might have an injury plagued season this year, which would limit his time. Do you think the coaches are maybe anticipating this, thus the move of Taylor to RB? Supposedly, JD doesn't need surgery and will be able to rehab the shoulder, but every time you hurt that joint, it increases the likelihood of further injury (which I guess could be said about any injury but particularly shoulders). Also, I realize its only Spring and we're still very far removed from the start of the season, so anything can happen. I just hope this shoulder thing isn't something that will pop up this year.
Give me your thoughts.
