Sorry but UConn has a very valid injury excuse, although I'm not usually too big on excuses. Losing your team leader, leading scorer, and leading assist person at the 10-minute mark is tough. And let's not forget UConn was picked anywhere from 6-8 in the conference.
I suspect San Diego is easily the worst of the three winning teams, but I seriously doubt UConn loses that game if Price does not go down. Unfortunately, our Hoyas have no such excuse. But let's wait on the Davidson-Wisconsin game before passing judgement.
