crushr,
You CANNOT compare TO to this guy. Although TO might have been a pain in the locker room, he has never been a problem in everyday life.....Pacman Jones is a criminal, he has absolutley no respect for the law or women in general. He has been involved with the Police around 10 times since he has been in the league and that has only been 2 years. Hell, he was at a strip club with his posse the nigth before he had to go to court. He punches women in the face in public, and could care less about it. He is nothing but a cancer and would ruin a team if given the chance.......The rumore up in Boston was that the Patriots have a bit of interest in him as well, and being a diehard Pats fan, I dread the idea of him being in that uniform........

Bernards posts have made as much or more sense than any of yours on here Schmalzel. It's always easy to pick out the biased posts made out of simple hatred from the posts made out of intelligent unbiased knowledge. Yours falls into the first category in case you are wondering :)
I by no means am thrilled by the thought of Pacman coming to Dallas, but the biased ignorance in the posts in this thread astounds me. The bottom line is this.. for mere pennies on the dollar the Cowboys have a chance to shore up the weakest link on the team with one that has tremendous potential "if" he can overcome his issues. If he doesn't.. it did not cost much if anything to find out. If any of you actually knew anything about the Cowboys players you would know Ware, Ellis and the others who would be surrounding Pacman would not for a minute put up with any garbage.. Tank has become a very well liked and important cog in the defensive wheel.. I'm betting all of you were the same ones saying that was a mistake as well and would implode. How is that working out for you?

This is gonna be a good move for Dallas. Pacman has no ceiling when it comes to being on the feild. An if he doesn't behave here, thats it. Its over for him. He'll be banned from the league. So yes its a great move, no matter what happened to Dallas last year. And MagicMan, don't even get me started on the Matt Hasslebeck situation. People head hunt QB's every game. Who cares? An Newman is a COVER CORNER, when on earth would he have a chance to blitz with that secondary anyway? Wait till next year, if they make this move Dallas will win at least one playoff game. Promise. A second year in Jason Garrett's offense only means improvement. And the secondary issue will be solved with one of the best corner tandems in the league along with Bailey/Bly and Hall,Asomugha(sp). Now if only Roy Williams can remember what its like to cover lol

In a post back on Fed 8th Dallas Team Needs I said go after Chad Johnson and Pacman Jones so you could use the draft in other areas of team needs But first Packman has to get his act together mabe a move like this would do it ?The Eagles got the Cover man they wanted so the Cowboys have to do something Jenkins woun't be there in the draft when Dallas picks so I say take a chance on Jones and stipulate that the Cowboys will not tolorate any nonsence and the contract will be null and void if Packman gets into more trouble this is a must ?.When watching Packman play you can tell he has the will to win and is sure of himself on the field now more than ever he has to do the same off the field I hope the Cowboys make this move and Jones turns his life around gooooo Cowboys

With all of Pacman Jones problems with strip clubs, being in Dallas would be like giving a crack head a pipe and telling him to not use it. I really don't care about character issues unless it affects me somehow...Besides, if he can't make it here, then he's done everywhere else..Good move Cowboys now find some depth on the D-line and get a good receiver or two.

Dude...like your opinion isn't jaded....your a Giants fan....you have nothing but dislike for the Cowboys. I give your team credit for pulling off the superbowl win, but your team has ton of holes and the chemistry is not that great.....It's easy to have good chemistry when you are winning, but come on....look at the crap that went on in that locker room over the last 3 years. And by the way, we have 5 super bowl titles you have what....3? Obviously you can't discuss this topic without bias....but what else is new...your a Giant's fan. Worry about your own team.

A punk that can play. I watched Pacman play all throughout college. He's amazing. If the team can help keep him out of trouble, he would be an asset to any team! Keeping him out of trouble is the problem.

This will be next week's article....
With the Cowboy's trade for Pacman Jones finalized, Jerry Jones now turns his attention to acquiring the rights to Maurice Clarett and Marcus Vick...

I love the move. Dallas has some of the best strip clubs in America. I just hope he makes it rain when I'm checking out the entertainment. (without the gunfire) Who cares what he does on the field?
