i think that the east will be a tough division next year, i mean obviously we lose to the pats. but also the Jets are gonna make a playoff push as will the Bills. the jets fixed their defense alot by getting Kris Jenkins and Calvin Pace not to mention they got Alan Faneca. they have a beastly o line and a good RB. with a good o line Thomas Jones ran for 1200 yards while splitting carries. i think we go 1-3 against the AFC east, maybe 1-3 against the NFC east, thats 2-6 right there. from there we only lose one other game??? best case we split the division but that puts us at 5-9 right there. i say after that we split the last two and go 6-10. im sorry but i dont think we will be good for a long time, unless we start drafting very well and make great moves, we are in alot of trouble

Nice breakdown.  I went alittle better than what you had,  I have us at 8-8 spliting with both the NFC and AFC East.  We're not that bad but we have no depth so any injury is costly.  But what do I know I was sure  last year we were ready for a run.

I dont know where Rammer got the idea where we're playing the NFC South, the only team we play from the South is the Falcons.  We play the NFC East (Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Giants).  Sounds pretty tough to me.

I agree with the majority of these posts that if the Rams can prevent injuries, they will have a decent year.

So given that, I have made a list of the teams I think they will win and lose against for a record of 9-7.  There are some games out there that are winnable, I just think the Rams have a bit of an underachieving problem, not to mentioned the questionable defense that will likely cost us some games.

Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, Seattle, Arizona, Miami, San Francisco, San Francisco, New York Jets

New England, Buffalo, Arizona, Seattle, Dallas, New York Giants, Philadelphia
