While the poll results were supposed to be only 20% of the evaluation, the organizers have twice revised their own rules in mid-game, and I'm not sure how to interpret the latest version.
At any rate, as long as I last in the Member Mayhem, I'll be posting the best I'm able for the Wildcats -- even if the Regional Final turns out to be an all-Sunflower affair. You may have seen the reference I made to '88, when these two played the MidWest final in Detroit, and then Danny and the Miracles went on snuff Duke and then Billy Tubbs' scoring machine. A replay this year, with Tx standing in for OU in the last dance would be great with me. Of course, Sunflower Showdown is still 1-1 on the hardboards and there are no guarantees if the rubber match does come to pass.
