Well round 1 in the books....Now get ready for a very good Davidson team...

Better come prepared and play some good defense...Especially on the guy who lit it up for 40 today against the Zags...

I dont see him doing the same against the Hoya defense, they arent near the top of the NCAA in giving up points and shooting % for nothing...

Go Hoyas...

Good report there Fellow Hoya Fanatic!! I've seen Kstate play and Beasley is a monster but there defense is Avg. at best..Reminds me of our Allen Iverson team without Mourning. They will make it fun if we see them. Davidson is our immediate problem. They looked solid and we still aren't clicking on the passing game we had. Way too many long jumpers.Get it to Hibbert or Pat Jr.We need to tighten up,cause like you said we are overlooked and in a good bracket to make a run.Now the fun begins.Hopefully I don't have to watch my Hoyas on the computer Sunday.C'mon Easter Bunny, Hoyas televised to 90% of country would be nice..Go Hoya's!!

Davidson will be hard, the ture test, (PROB. HAPPEN) is WISCO. They would both match up well. But its too soon for that call, ANYTHING can happen in March. HOYA NATION STAND UP!!!!!!!!!

The Hoyas looked good in their first round game. I look for it to be a good game between them and Davidson, Curry can put his team on his back and reck havoc.

I didn't get to see any of the Hoyas game, today... but I saw all of the Davidson-Gonzaga game... great game to watch... and Jeremiah Rivers and company better be ready to slow down Dell Curry's son, Stephen... the crowd will really be into it, rooting for the underdog who plays only miles away... pretty big test for the Hoyas, imo... should be fun to watch... :)

Davidson has no one taller than 6'9...again match up problems for the opponent...Give the ball to Hibbert, nothing there pass it out to the outside...

We have to hit the open shots from the perimeter and that will open things up for the big fella...

Look for Hibbert to have a big day and carry the Hoyas to the Sweet 16....

With Davidson game next its going to depend on Hibbert.  the Hoyas are much bigger than Davidson, the key to the gam eis going to be which Hibbert shows up.....the one that plays against Villanova or the one who can have a double double.

I think that another key will be wright on curry.  wright is an improvement over rivers and i think coud be a key to the game as well.

thoughts on wright?
