This is a hard bracket, probably the hardest - definitely harder than the one that UCLA got. And there isn't one team that has an easy path, not Carolina, Tennessee, Louisville, or Notre Dame and every team brings strengths and weaknesses. I think everyone made good points here and I love the fiery passion and the loyalty that everyone is showing to their teams. With that said, the only thing I want to defend for my team (go heels!) is the post someone made about "no one wants to run with our team" - I think it was a Tennessee fan. Um, we would love to have the UNC Vs Tenn game (if we both get there that is) to turn into a track meet - your chaotic press or not. If you turn it into a track meet, you will lose and lose badly. sorry had to through that in there.

Good luck to all of the teams in the east and lets see what happens.

IU if they advance can give UNC some real problems.

DJ White cound possibly matchup with Hansborough, this could be interesting...

Armon Basset is quick enough to hang with ty lawson and atleast contain him...

Eric Gordon bring his A game...

IU three weeks ago was going to be 3 seed

All of the fans who complain about UNC playing at home obviously didn't take a couple seconds to look at this region. It is easily the best, except for Washington St., who I just don't think is really that good. I still think that UNC will make it through, but there'll be some exciting games. UNC is deeper than any other team in the region. There could potentially be some upsets, and every team(13 and down) has a reasonable chance at a sweet sixteen. As a UNC fan, I'll be rooting for all the upsets I can get, hoping to make the road a little easier. I think that the odds of the team out of this region winning it all are probably 2/3. UNC makes up a lot of that 2/3, but still. I wish we could have saved the shot Ellington made against Clemson for now, we could have used it for sure.

GO HEELS!!!

I don't care what you say about who is deeper out of Louisville and Tenn... Louisville has the better skill players... We have a top Notch player where ever the ball is....This is the First Year I Can say I think UL will win it all.... GO CARDS!

I think that the Sweet 16 Matchups are ND-UNC and L'ville-Tenn. ND matches up very well against UNC-the winner of that game is going to win the region. By far the toughest region though, UNC better watch out for IU in the 2nd round and St. Joe's is going to blow out overrated OU in the first round. 29-3 Butler is going to give everybody a run for their money. St. Joe's could even go on and upset L'ville. Potential 7-11 Sweet 16 matchup between Butler and St. Joe's

I told all those stupid mason fans on here saying that george mason was so great. Watching harangody and notre dame play probably their worst game of the season and still win by 18 is just sad. That team was not anywhere near the team that made the final four run and probably shouldnt have even been in the tournament.

THAT'S EXACTLY RIGHT!  IF TENNESSEE'S TEAM IS JIVING LIKE IT SHOULD THEN THEY ARE SO DANGEROUS AND COULD SHUT UNC'S GAME DOWN.  I HAVE BEEN WANTING TENNESSEE TO PLAY UNC ANYWAY AND WHAT A GREAT MATCHUP THIS WOULD BE.  NOBODY COULD WANT TO PLAY UNC ANY MORE THAN THE TENNESSEE FANS.  LET'S GO BIG ORANGE!!!

THE ANNUAL TOP TEN LIST OF THINGS THAT DUKE WILL BE DOING WHILE UNC PLAYS FOR THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

# 10. Immediate post season surgery at the world renowned Duke Clinic on Greg Paulus to remove Danny Green's right testicle from a torn cavity in Paulus's lower esophagus. This will cancel Paulus's expected appearance at the upcoming Espy's to collect his shoo-in Espy for Top Video Moment of the 2008 Year to be presented by Vince Carter and that poor unfortunate seven foot Frenchman, the 2004 winners.

#9. After Lamarcus Nelson's last three games, he will be traveling with his agent on a Discovery Tour of some of world's lesser known pro hoop franchises.  Early indications are that he will either sign with the Bangledesh Rice Krispies of the RiceDiet Only Asian League or ink a short term pact with the always competitive Limoge Laceknickers in the brutal Belgian ninth division.

#8. Coach K will begin work early Monday morning with the floundering Hillary Clinton Campaign.
Politico is reporting that he intends to make the argument that West Virginia is a small state and should not even have been in the tournament and will be looking for enough superdelegates to overturn today's result.

#7. Assistant Coaches Wojo and Chrissie Collins has been given the task to recruit some more sharpshooters for Duke's famous pre Christmas, traveling Three Point Shooting Exhibition Team that fools many people in the country into thinking that they might actually have a chance in the NCAA tournament come March. Special consideration will be given to
