Where do you guys see Jonathan Stewart going in the draft now since he has had toe surgery and is now out for the next four to six months.

In my opinion i think he goes to Dallas at the 28th pick.

I don't know tyler, I think he'll go much higher.  Possibly to the Bengals or the Texans.  Despite his toe, Stewart is as good as McFadden, and whoever picks him up will be getting a pleasant surprise and a steal.

I agree, Stewart impressed every time I watched. He won't dazzle you with his elusivness, but all you need in the nfl is speed and strength. Which is what Stewart posseses. He constantly will pick up 10-15 with nothing to work with. He will be a great steal

He'll need to work on some things, getting back used to a pro-style offense, but he'll still go first round. I'd like to see him going to the Seahawks, but the spread offense and the toe injury could have adverse affects on where he lands.

Should of stayed one more year! He'd be a top 10 pick easy.

Arizona with the 16th pick or somewhere around there. New coach in Arizona who is a "Run to Win" coach. Edgerine James is about at the end of his time. I think they will take Mendenhall or Stew. Having a big strong back like either of those two will make both edge and stew or mendenahll harder to defend. have to have a duel threat backfield nowa days. good fit in my eyes, something that could push the Cards into a winning record and playoff talk and thats what 1st round picks are all about.

just my two cents

Seattle is out with their free agent moves at RB pos. Houston and Dallas have more urgent holes to fill imo. Arizona really only needs a CB and RB, with this draft being deep in both positions, a 1st round RB in this draft just seems logical in my eyes.

I really wish he'd stayed for another year. I think he'll go somewhere between pick number 15-20 in the first round.

We shall see how far other RB go... i.e McFadden and Mendenhall. If both are taken by 15th and if many DE's are already taken my Lions will take Stewart. Many many many mocks have Stewart going to the Lions. The Lions have Jim Colletto as O-Coordinator.. he was originally from the Ravens. The Lions also have former FB (Ravens) Sam Gash. The Lions are looking for the new Jamal Lewis. A big powerful shifty back. Is Stewart a shifty back( make people miss) back.
