Steve & Barry's is having an "everything for $8.99" sale right now at all of its locations.  I can't guarantee all stores will have NIU clothing (I doubt most outside of 40 miles beyond the NIU campus will), but I got the following yesterday:  NIU shorts, NIU sweatpants, NIU jacket.  Worth a trip.
