I was born in Indianapolis, and was raised there for most of my childhood.  I also have lived in Louisville and Columbus, so I have had chances to switch to following the Buckeyes or Cardinals, but have stayed with the Bulldogs.  This is because for Butler fans, all there is is basketball.  They basically don't have a football team.  Their football field barely has stands.  Plus, they have hallowed Hinkle Fieldhouse.  While there are giant colleges like Ohio St., Butler has about a tenth of Ohio St.’s enrollment, so the fact that they are constantly a ranked team amazes me.

March Madness is the best time of the year, but unfortunately a #1 seed in North Carolina will win the tournament not dare I say a "mid-major" or "dark horse" team. The North Carolina Tarheels will be the #1 overall seed after the comback win today against bc and after they beat Duke twice. Once next week at Cameron and again to win the tournament if they make it that far. I will win this like UNC will win the tourney. Shuless Joe count me in this tournament. Go Tarheels! Duke fans go home!

UCONN is a phenomenal basketball team leaded by the 3-points star Jerome Dyson and play-maker A.J. Price. Jeff Adrian and Hasheem Thabeet dominate the boards and UCONN will never be beaten.

I've grown up here in Gainesville so i've been surrounded by nothing but Florida Gator sports. I love the colors, the spirit that all Gator fans have and our style. Great coaching and an exciting team to watch each week. I could never be anything but a Florida fan.

They slugged it out with Vandy, they nearly beat Utah St, they had an epic no one knows about, and lost, to SW Missouri St. Three losses unnoticed by anyone not watching a team hard to find on any network, much less cBS*.  They are unknowns unless you are a gang of girls needing to hit the bathroom together, as these girls all unite and bellow, "LET'S GO PEAY!"

Austin Peay State University, nestled on the Tennessee-Kentucky border is a frequent powerhouse in the OVC.  21-10  and 16-4 in the Conference (12-1 at home, undefeated at home in the OVC), the Governors are attempting to get into the Dance.  It is a hard climb, as Dave Loos can attest, he has led the Govs to the Dance twice but has been OVC Champion four times.  The Govs have one active player in the NBA Trenton Hassell and even had a record holding NBA player in Bubba Wells (6 fouls in 3 minutes, but he got to Dennis Rodman-can you say the same?)

Watch out kids, if this team gets to the Dance, they will not be intimidated, nope, everyone has to Peay and with hope, the Peaying will be long enough for an upset.  You will see.

I will throw my hat in for the Terps, the team I have rooted for since the day I was conceived.  My dad's said I kicked my mom when he talked turtle, as he is alum.  SO my allegiance is in the Governors, my first school, but my thoughts would spin the Terps way if they have a shot.  A much better shot at winning than the Governors.

Right?

Gary Williams needs to get them a bit more motivated, being young and winning versus UNC only goes so far.  Memories fade.  More attention has been given to the women and their new mom of twins and it should be, but by God, give them the 8th seed and they will hit the Sweet 16, they are too young to know any better.

Boomer Sooner!!! Born and OU fan, and will die an OU fan. Watching the OU- A&M game today inspired me to enter. Watching the Sooners play in the '88 throwbacks, with the likes of Mookie Blaylock and Co. in the house, relit my fire for Sooner basketball. I bleed Crimson and Cream, and would love to see Coach Capel and the boys make a run in '08. Feed the rock to Blake Griffin and Shorter Shorter(Longar) and all will be well!

When one thinks of Drake University, one usually doesn’t think of basketball. In fact, most people don’t know where Drake is. A small school with a mascot used by 39 other colleges and nearly as many years since our last Dance there was never a reason to take notice. A rookie coach, a point guard who set the school record for assists, and a sophomore guard who leads the MVC in scoring has now provided a reason. This team has reunited old friends and has given students and alumni something many of us ne
