I was not born in the great state of North Carolina, but I entered the world as a Tar Heel fan, came home from the hospital in a Carolina Blue dress. I was brought up right, as a Carolina fan in the state of Maryland. Growing up, I proudly donned my hoodie sweatshirt and satin jacket and attended games in the UM alumni section. I am loud at passionate at games or while watching on TV. My son, has been taught the basketball hierarchy, at the top CAROLINA BABY, and at the bottom, he says dook, cause they are EVIL.

I really do enjoy watching Creighton any chance I get.  They are a local team and from a mid-major conference.  I enjoy watching any mid-majors and just have the most fun when watching Creighton.  Seeing the lesser known fan bases go rowdy at the Creighton games always gets me pumped.  Just enjoy Creighton basketball in general..

I would love to enter as the representative for the <st1:place w:st="on"> <st1:placetype w:st="on"> University</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on"> Kentucky</st1:placename> </st1:place> .  I probably haven't been around as long as many of the other posters here, (16 years old) but for as long as I remember, I have been a huge <st1:place w:st="on"> <st1:state w:st="on"> Kentucky</st1:state> </st1:place> .  I would love to be the representative to silence those who say <st1:place w:st="on"> <st1:country-region w:st="on"> UK</st1:country-region> </st1:place> fans are all a bunch of homers who don’t know what they’re talking about.  I’ve been a <st1:country-region w:st="on"> UK</st1:country-region> fan for as long as I can remember, and I would love the opportunity to show my sports knowledge for the benefit of <st1:place w:st="on"> <st1:country-region w:st="on"> UK</st1:country-region> </st1:place> fans everywhere.<o:p> </o:p>

And that's what I get for using microsoft word to keep a word count for me.  Hopefully it still qualifies as an official entry.  If not, tell me and I'll retype it.

I'm a HUGE Gonzaga fan, and have been since the nineties (After Stockton). The Zags are a team that everyone can cheer for because of their annual "Cinderella" title (except for the Morrison days). But living in Toronto, I rarely get a chance to watch my beloved Zags, so I either find a site online to watch EVERY

Sorry about that-

so I either find a site online to watch EVERY game, or find a friend's house with a sports package I can watch the games on. Every game day is a new adventure to find somewhere to watch it, but I wouldn't trade for the world. The Zags are my team, and nobody else's, and I am the man to represent Gonzaga in this tourney.

GO ZAGS!

Kentucky basketball takes center stage in my life. I call off work for Kentucky tournament games, because the thought of missing a game that decides our season is out of question. I missed half of my brother's wedding when Kentucky played Michigan State in the 2005 tournament. My toilet paper has a UofL logo on it. Everytime I move my bowels I feel like its another Kentucky fan wiping their arse with UofL's program. 80% of the rooms in my house are Kentucky Blue. I live and die with every Kentucky team that takes the court, white collar or blue.
