So, will you just be picking the top resume for each team in the tourney? And, will you make these selections after selection sunday but before the first game? I'm a bit confused.

Yes, we will pick the top nomination for each team in the tourney, but like I said above, we will select a few "guest judges" from the teams that don't make the top-65. We will announce our selections once the actual NCAA bracket is released, but we'll start a list well before that.
