Colts, How you feeling now. Relief should be approaching by morning. Doc give you anything for the pain?
Don't give up on the inversion tables. My friend has a teeter like Kappa has linked for you. I have one made by Motion Fitness. You would be surprised by just how much pressure five -ten minutes a day will take off your back. You can find them for $200. Got mine from Overstock.com for $179 with free shipping. The trick is to build up gradually, only a couple of minutes the first few days. Also, wearing shoes is a must. The most complaints you see are people saying it hurts their feet. Well it does if you don't wear some good leather tennis shoes. The principle is the same as you see for VAX-D, spinal decompression. I swear, it has done more to help me than 5 years of doctors(course I still take my 4 percs a day.)
Marvin is a real puzzle. I think he was about done anyway, but just can't figure out what he was doing. Dungy is a real class act and character is wayyyyyyyy up on his priority list. I'd like to believe that Marvin is a victim of circumstances and was just trying to improve the neighborhood he came from by putting some money into it. They say no news is good news. The Colts are always very tight lipped about everything, so don't expect anything from them. He has not actually been charged with anything to my knowledge, just questioned and the topic seems gone from the ESPN news. I hope he is innocent and can get on with his life in peace whether he plays another down for the Colts or not. The length of his knee trouble is a real concern. I've had 3 scopes on my knees, getting ready for #4 in August. My left knee is the one that has been scoped twice. I've had so much cartilage removed that is is only about 50% even 2 years after the second surgery. With Marvin's size, if he's 90%, he probably can't contribute as much as a new receiver, which is where I think the Colts will go.
Bluez, You're still going racing this weekend. I've got thunder boomers going on RIGHT NOW and predictions for them in the afternoons all weekend. You're a hundred or so miles north of me, but we still get the same fronts rolling out of the Plains this time of year.
