We're overrated? Ha!
You're just mad we constantly go to BCS games, and we win most of them. 4-2 in 6 BCS games. How many BCS games have you been to? What, 1? Ha!
OMG, a conference championship! wow!
when you start scheduling Texas, USC, Va. Tech, etc. for your nonconference schedule, start talking.

But, OSU would destroy USC.
Didn't y'all say the same thing before you met Florida?
Face it, you're too slow for the SEC (that means any SEC team). Destroy us? You couldn't even handle Illinois.
I will say I like Beanie Wells. Real tough runner who was running over some of the LSU defenders. He flat out threw one of the d-backs to the ground with his stiff arm. He deserved to be on a better team than OSU.
Auburn fan,
I hate to say it, but by way of weak scheduling the ACC has already landed a team in the title game this year. I would be shocked if VT, with the schedule they have this year, doesn't go undefeated. Clemson has the schedule to easily go undefeated, but they always lose to at least one woefully inferior team, and they're still not good enough to beat VT. I haven't yet seen Southern Cal's schedule this year, but odds are OSU is their toughest opponent. That sets up for one of them going undefeated as well. That's bad news for the SEC, as I don't think any team is strong enough this year to make it through our conference unscathed.
You have to remember, there's a lot of fans out there who don't know what it's like to have more than one good team in a conference.

Sorry, usmc, didn't get to see your post. If you refered to our mascot, _cocks, without some kind of underscore or something attached to it, that's why your post was deleted.

Georgia and Ohio State reign supreme with 48, with Miami a close third at 46. Carolina comes in at 20, with Clemson trailing behind with 17. While it is not suprising to see Carolina below the SEC average, it is surprising to see Clemson not only below the ACC average, but also below Carolina.
Does this mean Carolina has more talent? I guess the only explaination for Clemson's dominance over USC would be superior coaching? LOL!
Granted - Carolina plays in a better, if not the best, football conference. Ok....that's cool, but hardly a bragging right. No other SEC team is bragging about being in a conference with Carolina.
When it comes down to it, what we all care about most is the last game of the season (for Carolina at least; we usually have another to worry about), and no one can deny that series has been overwhelmingly dominated by Clemson.

USC_Cocks,
I am a huge Georgia Bulldog and SEC fan and I must say that you are the reason that everyone hates the SEC so bad. I understand having pride in our conference but it would really be nice if you didn't embarrass the SEC by being so incredibly unable to listen to what other people have to say. You don't have to agree....just don't be an idiot. Thanks.

Everybody just leave the gamecocks alone, they got it rough playing in a tough conference and thats why they have a hard time gaining confidence to win a game. Its just not fair

Really? And yet Georgia's not listed anywhere in your favorite teams. Clemson is, though, twice.
by being so incredibly unable to listen to what other people have to say.
How am I not listening if I respond to just about everything they say? And don't say it's cause I disagree with most things they say, cause let's look at your next quote:
You don't have to agree
Well, duh. That's part of the fun of being on a message board.
just don't be an idiot.
Ditto. We might add to that, "Don't try to pass yourself off as an unbiased Georgia fan when you are more than biased towards Clemson."
You don't have to like me. I'm not running for Mr. Popularity. Somehow I think the deck would be stacked against me no matter what I said on a CLEMSON board. Just attack the message if you are able. Attacking the messenger generally proves the message right.
