I see that some of the others in my buddy group go over the million $ salary cap and I know that the only way that can happen is if they failed to change their drivers from the week before and their individual salaries went up in between.

My question is what is the penelty for being over the salary cap in this racing league?

Yeah. Why don't they run the commercials during cautions? All the sponsors are painted on the cars anyway. That's better advertising than cutting away during live action and upsetting the fans. Other sports don't cut away from live action for commercials.

With top Sprint Cup drivers once again controlling the top spots in the Natiowide Series Championship Standings should NASCAR finally step in and regulate the number of races Cup drivers can run in the Nationwide Series?

It seems like Kyle Busch has become the new wonder kid in racing.

However, why haven't the media been talking about his "spoiled kid" behavior when he overdrives and crashes his Nationwide ride. (no interview, no thank you to his sponsors, no thank you to his crew, etc) Just runs away from the track like a spoiled brat.

With the announcment of the opening races for Indy Car before merging the schedules, should they really award points for both series as they are stating vs using them as showcase races prior to unification?

After 5 races is it safe to say that Hendricks is not the team to beat this year?

At Martinsville, the set-up, particularly the brakes, are going to be so important.  With that said who are your crew chiefs to watch, and your drivers to watch (not necessarily from the same cars)?
