	This has been an amazing year for Boise. While we did have another good year in football (not great, and not ranked in the end), we are getting a lot of recognition in other sports!!! Tennis - top 20 nation wide. Wrestling - top 20 and best in the PAC. Track & Field - top 5, nation wide. Women Gymnasts - top 15. I think there was one other but don't recall which one it was right now.

	It's good to see we are doing good in more sports than just football. I think this shows how much we are moving towards major-college standing. It may be a few years off, but we are moving up in the world. I just hope we can keep getting better in both sports and academic standing. One place to start with the academics would be to add a Phd program to our ranked (us news and wold report) engineering program. It also would be a big boost to add the first medical school in Idaho.

	Don't forget about your hoops program either BoiseAlum. They're not ranked but are 16-5 so far this season. I watched them come down here and put 95 points on the Pack a few weeks ago. They have a solid shot at winning the WAC and or conference tourney in Las Cruces. The Big Dance is a realistic goal for the Broncos this season.

	Yep, Boise's BBall team is pretty dang good this year. I've been tracking them a little bit, and they have really come together this year, with a fairly decent shot at taking the Wac Tournament. I just didn't mention them because they're not ranked. Over all... All sports considered, Boise is doing very well this year.

	Boise is having an amazing year! The Wrestlers have won the PAC10 Title going away. They scored some 160 points in the Championship Meet, more than 50 points ahead of second. And they're sending 9 wrestlers to the Nationals!!! Not bad for a little school that only competes in the PAC10 in one sport. Go here for the scoop. http://boisestate.scout.com/2/734347.html
