Binghamton is also getting a former recruit that Broadus tried to get at Georgetown. He went to Gonzaga but had drug issues so he is coming to binghamton. And I think everyone relizes that BU can only get in the tourny by winning the conference, the only team that has had a shot of an at large bid from the AE was the year Vermont got the 12 seed and beat SU.

I actually posted about Theo Davis in another thread however I really hope this kid can be a steal. He was a great ball player at Cardozo in NYC. The combination of Mayben and Davis should really help the program a lot along with the newcomers this year. Trifunovic is good but they really need a bigtime player inside to allow laz to compliment him.

Additionally, I hate to have to remember that year Vermont did that. It still is bittersweet. No SU team has been as good since that group that if they could have gotten past the clunker against VT had a great shot to get back to the title game.
