Sappho, that is a cartoon, if I could get the same results by eating a can of spinach, I'd be doing the same thing too.  I understand that COlt did no wrong in a 12-0 regular season, but he missed two and a half games with injury and now he has to step it up to the next level whether it be NFL SPEED or CFL Open Prairies.

It was sarcasm, friend.  I was satirizing.

UGAFan618, You will be surprised Colt will be drafted.

If Colt Brennan gets drafted, I will be very surprised to say the least.

Get ready to be surprised.     He will be drafted.

It's good to see that Colt won the accuarcy drill at the Arizona QB challenge (State Farm College Football All-Star Challenge).

He won the 'accuracy' and the "routes" competition, and finished 2nd in the 'scramble drill'.

This can give him a psychological edge & help him entering the combine.

brennan is a top five qb in the draft  with tons of up potential.   if he can go to a team that passes and has a couple of receivers that would best for him.   andre woodson is in the same boat.  brohm is the best qb in the draft.  most overrated is a tie --ryan and booty.

redialmflash, we wish it was all that easy and that simple to have Colt go to a pass happy NFL team.  Colt will have a year or two to learn a system if he gets in with the right team.  Then he will have to bid his time, have someone get injured or on a losing streak ahead of him, then if the stars are aligned just right when he steps in he will be an impact.

These are a lot of things that have to happen just at the right place and time.  Not to mention the right line, the right receivers, the right calls etc.

Brady didn't get the blocking in the SB and he looked mediocre  many times on Sunday.

Not trying to single you out since you're a UGA fan, and i'm HI, I do like your understanding that it was mostly the O-Line's fault in the Sugar Bowl.  The Senior Bowl is what probably Hurt Colt Brennan's stock, but not enough to make him 8th.  No way is Ainge THAT high, or Henne above Brennan.  Talking about his arm strength shouldn't at all matter, I mean look at Montana, he was known for his Accuracy, something Brennan has over EVERY other QB (except maybe Matt Ryan).  As for the toughness of him, you didn't see the hits he's taken during the year, or for the hits he took one after the other in the Sugar Bowl.  We'll see where everyone gets drafted though, and all of them are amazing QB's that will be fun to watch at the next level.

yes the o-line, and lack of balance, game plan, discipline, rudimentary football skills and defence.

other than that hawaii was a-okay.

sportfan808, good point

known for his Accuracy, something Brennan has over EVERY other QB

Brennan did beat out all other QBs including Matt Ryan this week at the SF College Football All-Star Challenge in accuracy.  Accuracy is his selling point over all other QBs in the draft.

His arm strength was respectable at 60 yards, a tie with Booty.   CB just increased his stock.  Those that believe that CB is the best QB in the draft have formed their opinion by watching him grow as a QB & as a person.

Finally, I got to see the replay of the State Farm College All-Star Challenge and Colt finished 1st or 2nd in every category except the long ball throw.

All announcers stated that
