USF is building a better ooc schedule-if someone at usf new KS was going to a BCS bwl this year and fans would brag about adding KS to the schedule I would like to meet them. Not sure why another cry baby bull fan is talking smack-I would think stat wise FSU players would rate higher with out even looking it up? USF has a better record-I would venture to say FSU played a better schedule-which is how the latest debate started that AL plays a harder schedule than the bulls. Good luck the program is rising but has a long way to go to compare with other teams in Fla other than ucf and fau.

Notre Dame didn't offer a home-and-home because they don't have to.  Whether you like the team or not, everyone respects Notre Dame and the legacy they have built over their many years of football.  For a young team like USF it is almost an honor just to play the Irish.  FSU however, not so much.  Yes your team has awesome tradition and a great history.  They were a powerhouse for years.  I just don't understand how you could say that USF doesn't compare with other FL teams except UCF and here is why:  The Bulls demolished the Knights 64-12 this past season, and we definitively beat them 3 out of 3 times.  I think that in itself puts our team a tier higher than UCF, and I don't think even you could argue against that.  The Gators demolished FSU 45-12 this past season, and the 3 seasons before that as well.  I think that currently puts UF a tier above your Seminoles.  I actually like the Seminoles, and I usually root for them to pull it out.  But you have to admit this: lately the Noles haven't been a spectacular team.

Now in response to your comment:

1. I am not a "cry-baby Bulls fan talking smack".  I am an educated Bulls fan who talks facts, not opinions and guesses and ignorant comments.

2.  You would think FSU players are better than USF players without looking it up....why don't you try looking it up and spitting out facts instead of guesses.  If you did look it up here's what you would find for the 07 season:  Passing Completions: Bulls: 58.7%, Seminoles: 54.9%.  Rushing Yards: Bulls: 565 rush for 2405 yds (avg of 4.2 yds per carry), Seminoles: 447 rush for 1659 yds (avg of 3.7 yds per carry).  Points Scored:  Bulls: 451, avg 34.7 per game, Seminoles: 303, avg 23.3 per game.  This shows we CAN compete with FSU.

3.  Schedule toughness is debatable from person to person and I don't want to get into that arguement with you, but I will say that CBSSportsline has Bulls SOS at 13, the Noles are down at 47.

Ally - don't bother responding to the Talleywhacker - he's just a troll who likes going to other team's pages to stir up trouble.  He very rarely posts on FSU's board because all he does is post insults and garbage, and the knowledgeable posters there like him about as much as we do here.

SOS doesn't make alot sense-Overall quality teams FSU has seen more I guess. I would think the ad would expect a home and home if usf is rising as fast you think. This argument has been going on for a few months and I give up again. Bulls are great even though they lost to Rutgers and Uconn in the same year and are 1-3 in bowl games.

These few responses were about Al schedule compared to usf's-would you agree the sec schedule is a bit harder than the b-east?

FSU has struggled the past years due to coaching-we still have players being drafted  in the first round which makes the coaches look bad. I will still say better ath-Oregon played a great game-too many yards and td's to give up and have a chance to win.. If they had won that game even with Dixon out I would give usf some credit. Beat Au to start the year and then lose Oregon-teams should get better through the season not worse.

GoBulls - I'm starting to see what you mean.  I guess Tally doesn't have the decency in him to respect fans of opposing teams regardless of their team's quality, reputation, or tradition.  Oh well, I tried.  GO BULLS!

I haven't seen eneogh of any of those qualities in the bull team or fans to waste my respect on you or them. At least I can admit FSU has been down and not some over rated team out of tampa.

Keep it real.

Tradition-drop me a line when you're team is 500 in bowl games-heck drop one when you reach 5 bowl games? Love the tradition-no home stadium-losing record in the 3 bowl games they have played?

rob

if we are s bad as you make us out to be why do you spend so much time on our boards. you post on the usf board more than any other board. you want to talk about tradition fine lets talk tradition. usf has never had to suspend 30 players before a bowl game because they cheated on tests. florida state had some great teams in the 90's, and havent done anything since. when your beloved criminoles win more than 7 games then come talk some trash. all you do is talk...you never say anything that could be considered remotely relevant...so do us all a favor and go away...no one really cares about anything you have to say...which is generally not much....this will be the last time i respond to anything you post....so if you choose to keep yapping your mouth your wasting your own time and breath.......enjoy monkey dancer
