How easily could the city handle hosting another one?
Based on what I've seen with how the city hosted the NCAA South Regional the answer is fairly easily.
There are plenty of hotels, the people are nice and things went fairly efficiently with the regional.
Just one caveat.
The traffic here is unbelievably bad. I mean, awful. It could be a serious problem for fans and media attempting to get around Super Bowl week. I can't imagine what the congestion would be like with so many more people jamming already over-crowded highways.
Other than the traffic issues Houston would again do a very fine job.
