ChampionshipsVery impressive resume for Pat Summit. The rest of the country is catching up(talent wise). 10 years from now I think that the wealth will be more spread out. Tennessee is this generations version of John Wooden's UCLA teams. With more female athletes stepping it up we should also see more competition across the board. Seems like every year in the women's tournament, nothing exciting happens until the Elite 8. The competition is just not good enough yet. Hopefully, that will change sooner rather than later. It will make women's basketball more fun to watch and follow. Congrats Tennessee! |
