Well, after making my By Conference Field Projections of the NCAA Tourney, I decided I also have to provide some seeds. So, here they are.

#1 Seeds: Tenneessee, North Carolina, Memphis, UCLA

#2 Seeds: Kansas, Texas, Stanford, Duke

#3 Seeds: Xavier, Louisville, Georgetown, Wisconsin

#4 Seeds: Purdue, Connecticut, Butler, Notre Dame

#5 Seeds: Indiana, Vanderbilt, Gonzaga, Michigan State

#6 Seeds: Washington State, Marquette, Drake, Clemson

#7 Seeds: BYU, Mississippi State, Miami, PIttsburgh

#8 Seeds: St. Mary's, Kent State, USC, UNLV

#9 Seeds: South Alabama, Arizona, Davidson, Oklahoma

#10 Seeds: Florida, Baylor, West Virginia, Arkansas

#11 Seeds: UMass, St. Joseph's, Western Kentucky, Arizona State

#12 Seeds: Mississippi, Houston, VCU, Nebraska

#13 Seeds: UAB, IUPUI, Illinois State, Cornell

Wow. I agree with all of your top 4 seeds, and I only see a few things to change. WSU should be a 6 instead of Gonzaga. Instead of putting Arizona State twice, you might try putting Texas AM as a in for one. I have Texas AM as a 10 and Baylor as an 11. But almost everything else looks right on. Nice.

I see that you are a Irish fan but i don`t see how they get a higher seed than either Indiana or Mich St. Although they have a nice record they haven`t beaten anyone of note away from home and we all know the tourney is played on the road.This fact is probably gonna put your Irish at a 5 seed unless they do some damge in the BE tourney.

Big Sky should be no lowere than 15, never has been historically. Boise should be higher, New Mexico should be in and BYU should be no lower than a 6. [ Reply to Comment ]
