Recurring and vivid dreams

Recurring and vivid dreamsI too commonly have an annoying dream: I am in a huge building. Sometimes it is a hotel, sometimes it is a dreamed-up workplace. As I navigate throughout the building on some errand, the configuration of the hallways, stairways, rooms, everything keeps changing. I cannot find my way to where I was headed, nor get back to where I started from. Along the way, I meet and interact (but never have any fun) with lots of various dreamed-up people, and usually someone from my reality wanders in and out. There is never any resolution in sight. |

Recurring and vivid dreamsHi JD - Have you learned how to become conscious in your dreams? Sometimes, I am able to take control and manipulate my dreams to suit my.......hmmmmm tastes. It's a great exercise in reality vs illusion - I have come to believe that it's actually the dream state that is reality and visa versa - once you shed the carcass or the illusion of one - you can create any sort of unbelievable existence possible. It is no an easy task to be sure. Cheers! |

Recurring and vivid dreamsI have heard of that, jg, and have a book about how to attempt it, but I am at the mercy of my dreams. Damn but you are lucky to design your dreams. I envy you. |
