Fundamentals of the Card
Exceptional shopping and entertainment rewards
With the American Express® Rewards Green Card, you'll be a part of our Membership Rewards OptionsSM program, which automatically turns your purchases into points you can redeem for your choice of shopping, entertainment, and travel rewards.

What's more, you'll have access to our Global Assist Hotline, a Year End Summary of Charges, and much more -- all for an annual fee of $65. Up to 5 Additional Cards are available for $30.

The Rewards Green Card makes it easy to manage your finances because it is a charge card rather than a credit card. You'll have the flexibility of no pre-set spending limit and, at the same time, you know you are always in control with the Card because you pay your bill in full each month.1 2

Buy the things you need. Get rewarded with things you want
  • Earn 1 point for virtually every dollar you spend on Card purchases
  • Redeem points for rewards from over 50 of the finest names in shopping and entertainment, including DellTM Computer, Callaway® Golf, and The Sharper Image®
  • Transfer points into 11 frequent flyer programs -- 2 points for 1 airline mile with most programs
  • Redeem points for travel certificates from 6 of our domestic and international airline partners
  • Points have no expiration date
  • There is no limit to the number of points you can earn3
