CG Technology opened the Browns' 2016 win total at 4.5 last month and bettors fading Cleveland pushed the number to 4.
Thursday's signing of Robert Griffin III did not exactly cause an earthquake at the sportsbook operator's offices.
"We are not going to make any change based on the signing," vice president Jason Simbal told SportsLine.

So the Browns' win total remains 4 (Over -145) at the Palms, Cosmopolitan, Hard Rock and every other book run by CG Technology.
For all his struggles since winning Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2012, RG3 represents hope ? and an upgrade -- for the Browns, according to SportsLine.
The computer model projects Cleveland (3-13 last year) to win 5.4 games with RG3 under center, compared to 4.7 with Josh McCown.
New coach Hue Jackson is an offensive whiz who should get the best out of RG3.
"In simulations, RG3 can scramble enough to extend plays and drives to allow for more yards and TDs and fewer INTs, and ultimately more wins," says SportsLine's principal engineer, Stephen Oh.
Of course, Griffin might have to compete for the starting job with Jared Goff or Carson Wentz, Cleveland's potential draft picks at No. 2 overall. McCown is likely to be traded.
Griffin and Josh Gordon hooked up for lots of highlight-reel plays at Baylor.
Now there's the chance for a reunion. Gordon is waiting to meet with the NFL in an effort to win reinstatement from his substance abuse suspension.
