| Series: Florida leads 28-23-3 |
| Players to Watch: LSU: RB Charles Scott, WR Brandon LaFell, QB Jarrett Lee. Florida: QB Tim Tebow, WR Percy Harvin, LB Brandon Spikes. |
| Keys to the Game: Florida was able to get back on track late against Arkansas, putting up 21 of its 38 points in the fourth quarter. Look for Tim Tebow to continue to try to spread the ball and establish confidence in different receivers as defenses will continue to key on Percy Harvin and Louis Murphy. Riley Cooper, Deonte Thompson and Carl Moore could see expanded roles in this game. The offensive line showed some progress against Arkansas, but will need to cut down on penalties that were drive-killers through the first three quarters.

| Notes: LSU's offense is producing 427 yards a game, tops in the SEC ... The defense allowed Tim Tebow to pass for 205 yards last year and run for another 67 ... LSU averages 5.8 yards per carry ... Florida was the last team in the country to turn the ball over this year, and its plus-8 turnover margin ranks among the best in the NCAA ... Florida is 14-28-2 all-time when facing the defending SEC champ, which LSU is right now. -- Copyright (C) 2008 The Sports Xchange. All Rights Reserved |
