THE GOOD NEWS
Replacing veteran starters Jordan Pleiman (685 career rebounds) and Scottie Wilson (9.8 points, 7.2 rebounds in 2007-08) won't be easy, but there is help on the way. Duquesne transfer Scott Grote is a 6-6 forward who averaged 10 points per game in the Atlantic 10 in 2006-07. Juco transfer Jeron Lewis is a 6-8, 280-pound force who helped Northeastern (Colo.) win 30 games in 2007-08.

THE BAD NEWS
Sophomore guard Todd Brown averaged 16.1 points and scored 20-plus points six times in the first 13 games, but averaged just 10.3 points over the final 18 games of the year with zero 20-point outings. Pleiman and Wilson shot a combined 56.3 percent from the field, while the nine returning players shot just 41.4 percent.

KEY RETURNEES
First-team all-conference guard Vaughn Duggins led the Raiders in scoring and ranked second in assists, steals and 3-pointers made. Will Graham ranked fifth in the Horizon in assists and seventh in steals. Freshmen Troy Tabler, N'Gai Evans and Cooper Land averaged a combined 10.6 points and 4.2 rebounds.

ROSTER REPORT

--Senior forward Jordan Pleiman played in a school-record 121 games and finished his career just 50 points short of becoming the 12th player in Wright State history with 1,000 points and 500 rebounds. He is sixth on the Raiders' all-time rebounding list with 685.

--After missing 18 straight games with a severely sprained ankle, JUCO transfer Gavin Horne got on the board for the first time since mid-December with four points on 2-of-3 shooting against Detroit on March 4.
