7-23, 3-13, tied for eighth in the America East

WHAT WENT RIGHT
The Seawolves played excellent defense down the stretch, surrendering less than 54 points a game in their last three regular-season tilts.

WHAT WENT WRONG
Unfortunately for Stony Brook fans, the Seawolves had to try to win with defense, because of their struggles on the offensive end. Stony Brook ranked last or near the bottom of the America East in numerous offensive categories.
