LIBERTY BOWL -- Oklahoma State had a disappointing 6-6 season in 2018, and that includes a mark of 6-6 ATS. But Oklahoma State is also 4-0 ATS as an underdog this season, including three outright wins against West Virginia, Boise State and Texas. It was a 21.5 point dog to Oklahoma and lost by three. Now it's nearly a 10-point dog against a Missouri team that has one impressive win all season. Take the points.
LIBERTY BOWL -- Two pass-crazy offenses that can score in bunches have brought a lofty total. QBs Drew Lock (Missouri) and Taylor Cornelius threw for 3,000-plus yards apiece. Hard to ignore, though, that Mizzou fell under the figure in four of its previous five games, including a loss to Kentucky that produced just 29 points. And Cowboys RB Justice Hill has skipped out, lured by the NFL draft. The early forecast calls for a 100 percent chance of rain, which could put a damper on the aerial show.
LIBERTY BOWL -- Look what Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy has done as an underdog against powerful opponents with time to prepare -- the Cowboys knocked off Texas and West Virginia, and outplayed and should have beaten Oklahoma. The Liberty Bowl will be difficult without star running back Justice Hill, but the history can't be denied. Missouri QB Drew Lock could have his mind on the Senior Bowl or the draft, and he was mediocre in last year's Texas Bowl. Take the Cowboys in what sets up as an appealing spot play on a live underdog.
