Duke has collapsed following its 4-0 start, with five straight losses in which it has failed to clip the 21-point mark. Three of those losses were by exactly one touchdown. But this is still a more talented team than its record suggests, and I look for the Devils to keep their slim bowl hopes alive against an Army team that could be in a letdown spot following a shutout win over rival Air Force last week.
