Both teams are in a rebuilding mode. Right now, it looks like Purdue is ahead in the race to respectability, mainly because of the reputation of Jeff Brohm and some talent left over from the previous revenge. I feel that Chris Ash has done a great job at Rutgers, and has enough pieces in place to stay close enough to give the Scarlet Knights a chance to win.

I'm projecting 37 points for Purdue-Rutgers on Saturday, giving us a very strong play on the Under. The Under is cashing in a whopping 76 percent of my simulations.
