Barring a potential letdown spot form last week’s dramatic road win against Florida State, Clemson should take care of Syracuse with ease on Saturday. The Orange have improved the past few weeks, but still have a porous defense that has given up at least 45 points three times. Syracuse also has a stark home-road performance split, and I think the Orange will be knocked out early by a Clemson team that should use this game as a tune-up to refine its offense under the guidance of Heisman candidate Deshaun Watson. The Tigers win big here.
