UL Lafayette has been a bit dysfunctional in the early portion of the season. The past two weeks, they snuck by McNeese State and South Alabama with fortunate turnovers and big plays from the offense. Yet, Tulane's style of play fits to the advantage of UL Lafayette. Though this is the Rajun Cajuns' first road game of the season, expect them to be prepared against the Green Wave.

Louisiana-Lafayette has one of the nation's most explosive backs in Elijah McGuire, who is also a threat in the passing game. And LSU transfer Anthony Jennings has performed well as the Cajuns' QB. Tulane's defense has played surprisingly well but it's a tall task to ask the Green Wave to cover this number. I'm backing the dog in what should be a fun, entertaining game in New Orleans.
